The Main Control Board (MCB) also provides the jumper connection to connect other boards internally with the use of provided pre-assembled cables and jumper connectors. This ensures proper connection and prevents human error when wiring. This MCB is used for drives having a frame size G.

The 1336F-MCB-SP1G is a Main Control Board from . The 1336F-MCB-SP1G is used with adjustable frequency drives in the 1336 PLUS II family. Drives in this family are used in industrial environments and allow faults and process monitoring operations to be done in real time. The 1336F-MCB-SP1G Main Control Board provides an interface to connect a snap-in Human-Module Interface (HMI) or an internal communications module.

The interface can also be used to interface the 1336F-MCB-SP1G with a Flash Interface Board (FIB). The interfacing card port is located on the right of the 1336F-MCB-SP1G main control board. Additionally, the 1336F-MCB-SP1G contains connectors at the bottom which enables the Main Control Board to be connected to a remote HMI and also opens up the 1336F-MCB-SP1G to compatible external devices. Other snap-in ports on the control board makes it possible for the main control board to be connected to a TB3 adapter, which provides a control interface option, an internal communication adapter, along with more.

The 1336F-MCB-SP1G is a Main Control Board (MCB) that is particularly used for the 1336 Plus II adjustable frequency AC drive. Plus II drives are delivered with an MCB installed which means that this particular part number is a replacement part of the existing board.

The MCB houses the Drive Mounted Snap-In Human Interface Module (HIM), Flash Interface Board (Adapter 1), Internal Communications Module, Internal Communication Adapter (Adapter 6), Jumper connections such as J13, J8, J11 and J2, and Control Interface Option (TB3, Adapter 0).

The 1336F-MCB-SP1G has a frame B-G rating. Note that an external handheld HMI can be removed while the board is powered-on. However, a snap-in HMI cannot be disconnected while the board is still powered-on. Where the 1336F-MCB-SP1G does not provide snap-in ports it provides 22 connectors at the bottom of the board to help interface it with external devices.
