About 150-B360NBDB

The 150-B360NBDB is a solid-state controller which belongs to SMC Dialog Plus product line. It can be wired with or without an isolation contactor and supports 2 and 3 wire control for a wide range of applications. The 150-B360NBDB is rated at 360 Amps for 5 to 300 Horsepower at 460 Volts AC. The input voltage rating for the controller is between 200 to 460 Volts AC, three phase at 50 and 60 Hertz. Control voltage range is from 100 to 240 Volts AC. Some standard features available on the 150-B360NBDB include with front keypad and LCD display. It can also be programmed from a computer running DriveTools software. A serial port is provided for communication with optional HMI and communication modules. Metering is supported for current, voltages and power factor. Protection and diagnostics features available include power loss, voltage unbalance, phase reversal, overvoltage and controller temperature.

The starting modes available as standard on the 150-B360NBDB are current limit, dual ramp, selectable kickstart and full voltage. The optional start mode available on the 150-B360NBDB is a pump control that helps in reducing fluid surges in centrifugal pumping systems during starting and stopping phases. The start time can be configured between 0 and 30 seconds, while the stop time can be configured from 0 to 120 seconds. The 150-B360NBDB is available as an open controller. The maximum heat dissipation for this module is around 1170 Watts and the temperature ranges for storage and operation are -20 to 75 degrees Celsius and 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, respectively. The dimensions of the 150-B360NBDB are 22.06 x 10.75 x 11.58 inches and it weighs 30 kilograms.
