2080-PS120-240VAC | optional power supply

The 2080-PS120-240VAC is a Micro800 external AC optional power supply for the Micro800 series controllers. The supply voltage ranges of this power supply are 100-120V AC at 1 A and 200-240V AC at 0.5 A. Note that the fluctuation in the voltage source of this power supply must be within a range of 85-264V only. Its supply power is 24V DC at 1.6 A and its supply frequency is 47-63 Hz. The maximum inrush currents of this module are 24 A at 132V RMS and 40 A at 263V both for 10 ms. The power dissipations of the input power are 45.1 W at 100V AC and 44 W at 240V AC, while the power consumptions of the output power are both 38.4 W at 100V AC and 240V AC.

This power supply also has a continuous isolation voltage of 250 V that is a reinforced insulation type from primary to secondary. This isolation has been type-tested at 2300V AC from primary to secondary for 60 seconds and at 1480V AC from primary to earth ground. The enclosure rating of the 2080-PS120-240VAC power supply is the IP20 and it has maximum output ratings of 24V DC, 38.4 W, and 1.6 A. It has a wiring category of 2 on its power ports and the compatible wire sizes are the 22-14 AWG solid copper wire and the 22-16 stranded copper wire that is rated at a maximum insulation of 90 oC. Mounting of the 2080-PS120-240VAC power supply is done via DIN rail or panel mounting.
