About 2094-BM02
The 2094-BM02 is a Kinetix 6000 Axis module, without safe Torque-Off feature. This axis module belongs to the 400VAC class with specific voltage input supply requirement of 460VAC, 3-Phase, continuous output current of 10.3 A, rms, and peak output current of 14.6A and continuous power output of 6.6 kW.
Axis modules are installed to the Kinetix 600 Power rail. A single power rails supports up to Eight (8) axis. The 2094-BM02 supports velocity loop with frequency of 500Hz, and current loop of 1300 Hz. The module’s Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) frequency is 4 kHz. This module has Short-circuit current rating of 200,000 A (rms) symmetrical.
This axis module is designed with an internal shunt with continuous power rating of 50 Watts, and peak power of 5.6 kW while the internal shunt resistor value is 115 ohms. The module’s shunt on value is 805VDC while the shunt-off value is 765VDC. The module’s efficiency is 98%.
The operating temperature requirement of the 2094-BM02 is 0…50 °C (32…122 °F) with relative humidity of 5…95% noncondensing. This axis module exhibits a derated operation when altitude exceeds 3000 m (9843 ft). The module’s acceptable vibration range is 5-55 Hz @ 0.35 mm or 0.014 in. double amplitude, continuous displacement and 55-500 Hz @ 2.0 g peak constant acceleration while shock rating is at 15 g within11 ms half-sine pulse.
The 2094-BM02 axis module’s peak current rating is factory set at 150% of continuous current. Series B and C 2094-BM02 and equivalent Integrated axis module is programmable up to 250% of continuous inverter current.
The 2094-BM02 has advanced control capabilities; greater precision is thus achievable with this device than in many of its competitors. Better control in an inverter means better security for appliances with fewer opportunities for a power surge or other complications. The 2094-BM02 is also built with power encoders, which helps to maintain position during power loss.
