The 2711-T6C15L1 is a PanelView 600 color terminal. This visualization device from allows creation of a centralized monitoring and control area of one or more machine or process with the use of the embedded graphic library and templates. This operator terminal is provided with a colored screen with embedded touch cells and built-in communication ports, allowing monitoring, interaction and data integration, respectively.

The 2711-T6C15L1 has a display type of Active Matrix Thin-Film Resistor (TFT) with Cold Cathode Fluorescent (CCF) Backlight with screen size of 5.5 inches, resolution 320 x 234 pixels and display area of 115 x 86 mm (4.54 x 3.4 in.). It has a total of 128 Touch cells with each individual cell measuring 20 x 29 pixels. The embedded ControlNet communication port allows this operator terminal to communicate over long distanced with the use of an RG6 coaxial cable as physical layer. It can be used with one or more controllers, enabling control of a single or more process or machine.

The 2711-T6C15L1 is programmed using the PanelBuilder32 programming software. This software is used for the entire PanelView Standard operator terminals which supports offline configuration. It is also provided with test and debug functionalities that contributes to faster development and efficient engineering.

This supply voltage requirement of the 2711-T6C15L1 is 18-32VDC with nominal value of 24VDC. It has a power consumption of 24 W max. (1.0A @ 24V DC) with heat dissipation of 32 Watts (107 BTU/HR). The user is able to control the HMI using the Touchscreen to input information and data. This unit is powered using 18-32 VDC power with embedded internal memory of 240 KB application runtime.

The ControlNet terminals can connect to a single or multiple controllers on a ControlNet network. They support scheduled and unscheduled access to controller data They also support redundant cabling. The ControlNet terminals support symbolic CIP addressing when communicating to a ControlLogix system. Every terminal features a Network Access port for local access to the ControlNet network. Application files are easily downloaded or uploaded using PanelBuilder32 over the ControlNet link, directly via the on-board RS-232 printer port, or with a PC memory card.
