The 531X179PLMAKG1 is a product of General Electric. The 531X179PLMAKG1 is a Power Line Monitor. The 531X179PLMAKG1 has a line of light emitting diodes (LEDs) in the center of the circuit board. Seven of the LEDs are red and one of the LEDs is green. The 531X179PLMAKG1 has two small transistors. The 531X179PLMAKG1 condensers (capacitors) of different shapes and sizes. These condensers are used to create individual pockets of electrical fields to store energy for the circuit board to use as needed.
